Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

More than 30 days before the departure date: You are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
15 to 30 days before the departure date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund will be issued, as we have already secured travel arrangements on your behalf.
Cancellation by G1Tour: In the rare event that we must cancel your tour for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure, weather disruptions, or insufficient participants, you will be entitled to a full refund, or we will offer you a comparable tour of equal value at no additional cost.

2. Refund Process

Once your request is processed, we will notify you of the refund status. Refunds are typically processed within 10-14 business days.

3. Special Circumstances
In certain cases, such as emergencies or illness, we may offer partial refunds or rebooking options on a case-by-case basis. Please provide relevant documentation, such as a doctor's note or emergency notice, when requesting a refund due to special circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain fees and services are non-refundable, including:

Airfare or other travel-related services booked outside of our tour packages.
Travel insurance, which is subject to its own terms and conditions.
Visa application fees or other third-party service charges.
