More than 30 days before the departure date: You are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
15 to 30 days before the departure date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund will be issued, as we have already secured travel arrangements on your behalf.
Cancellation by G1Tour: In the rare event that we must cancel your tour for reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure, weather disruptions, or insufficient participants, you will be entitled to a full refund, or we will offer you a comparable tour of equal value at no additional cost.
